AI manager, trainer, and lecturer specialising in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) for artificial intelligence systems. Certified AI compliance and risk management specialist and AI Management System implementer under ISO/IEC 42001. He bridges regulatory frameworks — including the EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, and GDPR — with the practical design and operationalisation of governance structures in organisations deploying AI-based solutions, including machine learning and generative models.

An experienced, certified Data Protection Officer and privacy management professional (CIPM IAPP, CDPO, OneTrust Fellow), implementing Privacy Information Management Systems in line with ISO/IEC 27701. He serves as a manager for cybersecurity, business continuity, and privacy, and acts as a compliance officer and auditor across multiple management system standards (ISO 27001, 27701, 22301, 42001, 9001). Lead Auditor for Information Security Management Systems under PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001, accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA). He holds CISM and PMP certifications, a postgraduate diploma in Information Security Management from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and an MBA in Cybersecurity Management from the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw.

A long-standing advisor on grant funding acquisition and project manager for innovative R&D and IT initiatives, with over a decade of experience and more than PLN 200 million in secured and administered funding. He has led or overseen over a dozen large-scale, complex R&D and IT projects through full development cycles, alongside expert and advisory engagements for major research institutions, enterprises, and public bodies — including the Institute of Aviation, the Institute of Pharmacology, the Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics – National Research Institute (IAFE-NRI), and the Institute for Organisation and Management in Industry (ORGMASZ).

A member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the Polish Data Protection Practitioners Association. His professional and research focus spans AI compliance and risk management, privacy protection, and information systems cybersecurity. He actively shares his expertise as a lecturer and trainer in AI, data protection, and cybersecurity.
